Sealed proposals for the MMF Parking Lot Resurfacing will be received at the office of the Public Administrative Services Superintendent, City of Beavercreek, 789 Orchard Lane, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434, until 2:30 P.M., local time, on Friday, June 9, 2017, and publicly opened and read at that hour and place. The work for which proposals are invited consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material for the mill and fill of approximately 4700 SY of asphalt parking area and all other work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with and specifications. Contract documents may be examined and/or obtained at the City of Beavercreek, Office of the Public Administrative Services Superintendent, 789 Orchard Lane, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.   1. Quotes for Mowing and General Cleanup of Private Properties - posted 1/18/19

The City of Beavercreek is seeking quotes for mowing, trimming and general cleanup of private properties found to be in violation of the City Code Sections regulating overgrown vegetation (§97.10-97.12) and the Property Maintenance Code. The Contract is to have a ten month term commencing on March 1, 2019 and ending on December 31, 2019. At the City’s discretion, the bid term may be renewed by the City for an additional term ending on December 31, 2020. Bids will be received by mail or delivery at the Department of Planning & Development, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek Ohio 45432 through February 17, 2019. Instructions, forms and specifications are available in the Department of Planning & Development during regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All Contractors and/or persons performing work under this Contract must be 18 years of age or older.
