Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on November 27, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Leo Brown Group, LLC, 802 E. 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Sealed proposals for the MMF Parking Lot Resurfacing will be received at the office of the Public Administrative Services Superintendent, City of Beavercreek, 789 Orchard Lane, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434, until 2:30 P.M., local time, on Friday, June 9, 2017, and publicly opened and read at that hour and place. The work for which proposals are invited consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material for the mill and fill of approximately 4700 SY of asphalt parking area and all other work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with and specifications. Contract documents may be examined and/or obtained at the City of Beavercreek, Office of the Public Administrative Services Superintendent, 789 Orchard Lane, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
