The applicant requests an Administrative Site Plan Review and Approval (ASRA) for 2.04 acres of land to construct a 12,000 square foot office/lab addition to the existing building located at 4085 Executive Drive. The applicant requests a variance from Chapter 158.104 (A) of the City of Beavercreek Zoning Code, requesting permission to construct a shed that would encroach into the 10-foot required side yard setback in an R-1A District.
