Floodplain Public Involvement Items


The proposed project will widen Factory Road to three lanes for a two-way left turn lane from Creekside Trail to Nutter Park Drive.  The project will also include curb and gutter, storm sewer, and sidewalk.  The project will not increase the flood elevation.

In the subject for all comments emailed or sent via mail, please state "GRE-TR48-1.27 PID 106219 Factory Road Widening Floodplain Comments".

Comments must be received by July 27, 2020 to be included in the Public Comment Summary.  Also, a summary of public comments received during the public comment period and responses to comments will be prepared and they are expected to be posted on the City of Beavercreek website within 60 days of the above public comment period closure date.
