In 2005 the Beavercreek Senior Adult Center moved to the former Lofino Food Store. After extensive renovation, the new facility provides:

Beavercreek Community Theatre
The center is also home to the Beavercreek Community Theatre (BCT) that sits 150 people. The BCT hosts 8 productions annually, plus special dinner theaters, classes , and other special events.
