A gift of the late philanthropist and entrepreneur Ervin J. Nutter, this 24-acre site parallels the new Creekside bike path and is the home to the Beavercreek Community Athletic Association (BCAA) youth baseball program.
The facility boasts 5 youth baseball diamonds, a large parking lot, and access to the bike trail. This park has many wetland features. A large picnic shelter and small playground enhance the park. Two smaller 1-table picnic shelters are also available.

- Turn north on Factory Road. (From Dayton-Xenia Road turn south on Factory Road.)
- Then turn west on the Park Access Road
