The deadline for submitting applications for variances and other issues addressed by the board for the following month’s Board of Zoning Appeals meeting is the second Thursday of the preceding month at 4:30 p.m. Please contact the Planning and Development Department at 937-427-5512 prior to submitting a variance application in order to discuss procedures and likelihood of approval.
