The Charter Review Commission is appointed every five years to review the Charter. The commission is dissolved when it has completed the review and made recommendations to City Council. The next appointment to this commission will be in 2024.

The City of Beavercreek Charter requires the City Council to appoint a committee of seven members every five years to review the City Charter under which the city operates. About the Commission
This committee will review the City Charter and recommend to the council any alterations, revisions, and amendments they may find advisable. The City Council may then submit to the electors any such proposed alterations, revisions, or amendments to the charter at the next regular election.
