An Ordinance to declare certain city owned property surplus and to approve the conveyance of a water main easement on city owned property generally known as Overlook Reserve on the south side of Park Overlook Drive. A second reading and public hearing of this ordinance will be held on March 23, 2020. The meeting with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on March 4, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing an update to the Zoning Code. This application may be examined during normal working hours at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to this application request.
