Beavercreek Ordinance 21-17 An Ordinance by Beavercreek City Council repealing the current Chapter 97 "Trees, Weeds and Shrubs": of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Beavercreek and enacting a new Chapter 97 "Trees, Weeds and Shrubs" to the Codified Ordinances of the City of Beavercreek
This Ordinance was adopted on September 27, 2021 and will become effective on October 28, 2021. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.


Beavercreek Ordinance 21-18 An Ordinance determining to proceed with the acquisition, construction, and improvement of certain public improvements in the City of Beavercreek, Ohio, in cooperation with the Beavercreek Energy Special Improvement District and declaring an emergency.
This Ordinance was adopted on September 27, 2021 and will become effective on September 28, 2021. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.


Beavercreek Ordinance 21-19 An Ordinance levying special assessments for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, and improving certain public improvements in the City of Beavercreek, Ohio, in cooperation with the Beavercreek Energy Special Improvement District; authorizing and approving an energy project cooperative agreement by and among the City of Beavercreek, Ohio, the Beavercreek Energy Special Improvement District, Ashford of Beavercreek LLC, and PACE Equity LLC providing for the financing of those public improvements; authorizing and approving a special assessment agreement by and between the City of Beavercreek, Ohio, the county treasurer of Greene County, Ohio, PACE Equity LLC, the Beavercreek Energy Special Improvement District, regarding those special assessments; and declaring an emergency.
This Ordinance was adopted on September 27, 2021 and will become effective on September 28, 2021. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on September 8, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Norma Valerio, 2460 Clubside Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45431, requesting a variance from Chapter 158.104 (B)(2) of the City of Beavercreek Zoning Code, requesting permission to construct an accessory structure that would encroach into the side yard in a R-1A District. The property is located on the northeast corner of Clubside Drive and Eastmoor Drive further described as Book 1, Page 14, Parcel 66 on the Greene County Auditor’s Property Tax Atlas.
