CASE NO. PUD 25-4


 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on August 25, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Rockford Homes, 999 Polaris Parkway, Ste. 200, Columbus, OH 43240. The application requests approval to rezone 54.2852 acres from R-1A One Family Residential District and A-1 Agricultural District to R-PUD Residential Planned Unit Development. The property is located at 816 Grange Hall Road further described as Book 3, Page 13, Parcels 29 and 30 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. 

This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, August 25, 2025 to be considered for the meeting. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government. An Ordinance rezoning 54.2852 acres, further described as Book 3, Page 13, Parcels 29 and 30 on the Property Tax Maps of Greene County, Ohio from R-1A One Family Residential and A-1 Agricultural to R-PUD 25-4 Residential Planned Unit Development

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on August 25, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
