ORDINANCE 25-17

To declare the Beavercreek Community Authority to be organized and a body politic and corporate: to define the boundary of the Authority’s New Community District; to provide the method of selecting the Board of Trustees of the Authority and fix the surety for their bonds.

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on September 22, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
