ORDINANCE 25-05

An ordinance by Beavercreek City Council repealing Section 97.10 “Weeds and Grass” of the City of Beavercreek Codified Ordinances and enacting a new Section 97.10 “Weeds and Grass”.

This Ordinance was adopted on March 10, 2025 and will become effective on April10, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
