ORDINANCE 25-08

An ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council transferring ownership of approximately 54.5 acres of land situated at Grange Hall Road and Shakertown Road, Parcel ID Nos. B42000300130003000 and B42000300130002900, to the Beavercreek Development Corporation for the purpose of promoting economic growth ad declaring the property surplus.

This Ordinance was adopted on April 14, 2025 and will become effective on May 15, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
