ORDINANCE 25-13

 

An Ordinance rezoning .64 acres from B-2 Community Business, Further described as Book 1, Page 9, Parcel 44 on the Property Tax Maps of Greene County, Ohio to C-PUD 25-3 Commercial Planned Unit Development.

This Ordinance was adopted on August 11, 2025 and will become effective on September 11, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
