CASE NO. PC 25-7, ASRA Detailed Site Plan

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on October 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Pinnacle, c/o Mike Taylor, 480 Vantage Point, Miamisburg, OH 45342.  The applicant requests an Administrative Site Plan Review and Approval (ASRA) for 0.6996 acres of land to construct a 1,350 square foot patio cover addition to the existing Tuty’s Bar & Grill.  This property is located at 3982 Colonel Glenn Highway further described as Book 1, Page 9, Parcel 99 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas

This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, October 13, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
