ORDINANCE 25-20

An ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council repealing the current Chapter 95 “Parks and Recreation” of the Beavercreek Codified Ordinances and enacting a new Chapter 95 “Parks and Recreation” to the Beavercreek Codified Ordinances.

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on October 13, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
