CASE NO. PUD 25-3 SSP #1

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on October 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Josh Long, 250 Civic Center Drive, Ste. 500, Columbus, OH 45432. The applicant requests specific site plan approval to allow for the construction of a 790 sq. ft. beverage business with associated drive through on 0.64 acres. The property is located at 3919 Colonel Glenn Highway further described as Book 1, Page 9, Parcel 44 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. 

 This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, October 27, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
