ORDINANCE 25-22

An ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council establishing five new funds, specifically, the Senior Center Trust Fund, the Wartinger Park LT Care Trust Fund, the CI Beaver Hall LT Care Trust Fund, the MIsc. Parks Fund and the Police Trust Fund, which funds shall be used in place of the existing fund 750 Misc. Trust Fund, in conformity with Federal and State Laws and generally accepted accounting principles.

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on October 27, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
