ORDINANCE 25-17

To declare the Beavercreek Community Authority to be organized and a body politic and corporate: to define the boundary of the Authority’s New Community District; to provide the method of selecting the Board of Trustees of the Authority and fix the surety for their bonds.

This Ordinance was adopted on October 10, 2025 and will become effective on November 10, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
