Notice is hereby given that a fiscal and organizational meeting* of the Board of Trustees of the Beavercreek Community Authority (“NCA”) will be held on December 2, 2025, commencing at 2:00 p.m. at the Beavercreek City Building, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public.

The purposes of the meeting are to:

1. Organize the Board of Trustees including electing Board officers.

2. Consider a resolution establishing the designated posting locations for public meeting notices.

3. Consider resolutions for the adoption of bylaws and a public records policy. (Note: the remote meeting policy will be embedded in the bylaws)

4. Consider a resolution authorizing a reimbursement agreement among the Authority, City of Beavercreek and Rockford Homes, Inc. for the reimbursement of certain infrastructure improvements.

5. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the public.
