Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on January 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Beavercreek Lodging LLC, c/o Anup Patel, 1537 Burberry Lane, Schaumburg, Illinois 60173, appealing the decision of Planning Commission disapproving Case PC 25-9 CU which requested the use of an apartment hotel to be operated out of the existing building located at 3845 Germany Lane. The property is further described as Book 1, Page 9, Parcel 63 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, January 12, 2026 to be considered for the meeting. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government.
