CASE NO. PUD 25-1 SSP #1

 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on January 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Maronda Homes, 4710 Interstate Drive, Suite T, Cincinnati, OH 45246. The applicant requests specific site plan approval to allow the development of 53 single-family residential homes on 25.195 acres. The property is located at 4040 Graham Drive further described as Book 1, Page 6, Parcel 9 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. 

This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, January 26, 2026 to be considered for the meeting. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government.
