An Ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council repealing the current Section 97.13 “Cutting and Removal of Weeds, Grass, and Other Overgrown Vegetation” of the Beavercreek Codified Ordinances and adopting a new Section 97.13 “Cutting and Removal of Weeds, Grass, and Other Overgrown Vegetation” of the Beavercreek Codified Ordinances to provide for appeals of violations of Sections 97.10, 97.11, and 97.12 of the Beavercreek Codified Ordinances and the related fines and costs imposed.

This Ordinance was adopted on March 11, 2024 and will become effective on April 11, 2024. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
