Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on April 22, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Yolo Development 1, LLC, 3500 Pentagon Blvd., Ste. 500, Beavercreek, OH 45431. The applicant requests a specific site plan to allow for the construction of an 84,000 sq. ft. office building on 10.05 acres. The property is located on the west side of Ashford Drive approximately 450 feet south of Colonel Glenn Highway further described as Book 1, Page 2, part of Parcel 66 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
