CASE NO. PUD 23-5 SSP #1

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on May 28, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Grand Communities, LLC, 3940 Olympic Blvd., Ste. 400, Erlanger, KY 41018. The applicant requests approval of a specific site plan to allow development of 96 single-family residential homes on 46.864 acres of land. The property is located on the north side of Swigart Road approximately 800 feet east of the intersection of Swigart Road and Darst Road further described as Book 3, Page 24, Parcel 1 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. 

This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2024 to be considered for the meeting. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government.
