JUNE 10, 2024 AT 6:00 P.M. CASE NO. PUD 23-5 SSP #1 City Council held a public hearing on May 28, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on the application filed by Grand Communities, LLC, 3940 Olympic Blvd., Ste. 400, Erlanger, KY 41018. The applicant requests approval of a specific site plan to allow development of 96 single-family residential homes on 46.864 acres of land. The property is located on the north side of Swigart Road approximately 800 feet east of the intersection of Swigart Road and Darst Road further described as Book 3, Page 24, Parcel 1 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. During the public hearing persons stated that they had not received mail notice of the public hearing. City Council has therefore continued the public hearing and directed a new notice be mailed. You are receiving this notice as you are within 500 feet of the proposed development. To ensure all persons subject to the notice are provided an opportunity to state their opinion with respect to this application, those persons not in attendance and therefore not provided an opportunity to state their opinion may appear and voice their opinion. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons who were not present may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, June 10, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
