ORDINANCE NO. 24-13

An Ordinance by Beavercreek City Council Repealing the Current Schedule I “Speed Limits” of Chapter 77 “Traffic Schedules” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Beavercreek, Ohio, and all Conflicting Ordinances with this Action, and Adopting a New Schedule I “Speed Limits” of Chapter 77 “Traffic Schedules” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Beavercreek, Ohio, to Decrease the Speed Limit on Swigart Road from Forty (40) Miles Per Hour to Thirty-Five (35) Miles Per Hour to Align with the Speed Limits Imposed Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4511.21(B)(3). 

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on June 24, 2024. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
