Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on July 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Driven Brands, Inc., 440 South Church St., Ste. 700, Charlotte, NC 28202. The applicant requests an Administrative Site Plan Review and Approval (ASRA) for 0.428 acres of land to construct a 1,708 square foot Take 5 Oil Change facility. The property is located at 4017 Colonel Glenn Highway further described as Book 1, Page 2, Parcel 52 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
