Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on August 7, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Kayla Wilson, 2822 Big Woods Trail, Beavercreek, OH 45431. The applicant requests conditional use approval to allow a recreational facility to be located at 3979 Indian Ripple Road, Suite CC. The property is further described as Book 3, Page 21, Parcel 132 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
