Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on September 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Steven Rowe and Patricia Lozano, 1329 Fudge Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45434, appealing a Notice of Violation issued by the Code Enforcement Officer. The Notice of Violation referenced violations to Property Maintenance Code Section 153.30 and Chapter 97.10 and Chapter 97.12 of the Beavercreek Code of Ordinances. The property is located on the west side of Fudge Drive, eight lots north of the intersection of Ater Drive and Fudge Drive further described as Book 5, Page 14, Parcel 89 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal working hours at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to this request or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
