ORDINANCE 24-25

An ordinance to authorize the appropriation of right-of-way for the N. Fairfield Road Widening Project from Douglas Hicks, 619 N. Fairfield Road (Parcel 46)

 A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on September 23, 2024.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
