Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on October 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Steve & Tana Stuck, 4372 E. Patterson Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430, requesting a variance from Chapter 158.105(A)(1), requesting permission for an existing ten foot fence to remain in the front and side yards and an existing eight foot fence to remain in the side and rear yards. The applicant is also requesting a variance from Chapter 158.105 (B) to allow the horizontal structural supporting members of the fence to continue to be on the exterior side of the fence. The property is located on the north side of East Patterson Road, eight lots west of the intersection of East Patterson Road and Bay Lane further described as Book 2, Page 7, Parcel 65 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas.

This application may be examined during normal working hours at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to this request or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
