ORDINANCE 24-36

An ordinance to authorize the appropriation of right-of-way for the Dayton-Xenia Road Widening Project from Jacquilyn Acobs-Mager and Clara Juanelle Jacobs at 3040 Dayton-Xenia Road (Parcel 13).

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on October 28, 2024.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
