ORDINANCE 24-36

An ordinance to authorize the appropriation of right-of-way for the Dayton-Xenia Road Widening Project from Jacquilyn Jacobs-Mager and Clara Juanelle Jacobs at 3040 Dayton-Xenia Road (Parcel 13).

This Ordinance was adopted on November 12, 2024 and will become effective on December 12, 2024. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
