Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on December 4, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Cambco LLC, 6018 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, OH 45459. The application requests approval to rezone 14.44 acres from B-2 Community Business District and R-PUD Residential Planned Unit Development to MX-PUD Mixed Planned Unit Development. The property is located on the east side of North Fairfield Road approximately 150 feet south of the intersection of North Fairfield Road and Kemp Road further described as Book 4, Page 8, Parcel 186 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
