CASE NO. PUD 22-4 SSP #1Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on February 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by DHC Partners LLC, 7953 Washington Village Drive, Dayton, OH 45459. The applicant requests specific site plan approval to allow for the construction of a community center and 30 multi-family buildings comprising of 52 town homes and 32 patio homes on 13.929 acres. The properties are located at 2705 & 2735 Lillian Lane further described as Book 4, Parcel 4, Parcels 6, 7, and 14 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, February 10, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
