ORDINANCE 25-5

An ordinance by Beavercreek City Council repealing Section 97.10 “Weeds and Grass” of the City of Beavercreek Codified Ordinances and enacting a new Section 97.10 “Weeds and Grass”.

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on February 24, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
