ORDINANCE 25-01

An Ordinance to declare certain city owned property interests as surplus and to approve the conveyance of a perpetual easement for highway purposes over city owned property generally known as the Creekside Trail Bikepath and as Greene County Auditor parcel number B42-0006-0025-0-0088-00. 

This Ordinance was adopted on February 10, 2025 and will become effective on March 12, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
