Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on March 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Maronda Homes, 4710 Interstate Drive, Suite T, Cincinnati, OH 45246. The application requests approval to rezone 25.195 acres from R-1A One Family Residential District and A-1 Agricultural District to R-PUD Residential Planning Unit Development. The property is located at 4040 Graham Drive further described as Book 1, Page 6, Parcel 9 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
