Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on March 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by McBride Dale Clarion, 5721 Dragon Way, Ste. 300, Cincinnati, OH 45227. The application requests approval to rezone 0.65 acres from B-2 Community Business District to C-PUD Commercial Planned Unit Development. The property is located at 3913 Colonel Glenn Highway further described as Book 1, Page 9, Parcel 45 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. 

This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday 24, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
