ORDINANCE 25-08

An Ordinance by Beavercreek City Council transferring ownership of approximately 54.5 acres of land situation at Grange Hall Road and Shakertown Road, Parcel ID Nos. B4200030013000300 AND B42000300130002900, to the Beavercreek Development Corporation for the purpose of promoting economic growth and Declaring the property surplus.

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on March 24, 2025.  Both meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
