ORDINANCE 25-09

An Ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council authorizing the Special Assessments to property owners for the 2024 Sidewalk Repair Program pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 729.09

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on April 14, 2025.  Both meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
