ORDINANCE 25-10

An Ordinance by the City of Beavercreek expressing the city’s intent to negotiate jointly with other cities in the region on a one price schedule under which electric light services shall be furnished to the residents of the city for the purpose of street lighting and declaring an emergency at the second reading.

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on April 28, 2025.  Both meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
