ORDINANCE 25-06

An ordinance to vacate a portion of public right-of-way of Eastside Drive upon application of the owners of property abutting the same right-of-way.

This Ordinance was adopted on April 14, 2025 and will become effective on May 15, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
