(CALEA) in 1999, the department’s successful reaccreditation is contingent upon its ability to demonstrate compliance with applicable standards.
The site-based assessor will gather information on how the agency operates in the community and how its policies and procedures complement the mission, purpose, and values of the organization. This assessment will also include observing agency facilities, equipment, personnel, and operations.
