The current Street and Park levies are set to expire in 2019. These levies are critical for their respective divisions. Continous levies allows the City to eliminate the risk of losing revenue necessary to operate at our current levels and stabilize our funding for the future. The current Park Levy represents 55% of the revenue necessary to operate at our current levels. The current Street Levy represents 50% of the City resurfacing program, 100% of the curb repair program and capital dollars necessary to continue aggressive grant applications and to fund projects that are not grant fund eligible.
