The City of Beavercreek invites residents and visitors to celebrate Independence Day with an evening of festivities on Thursday, July 4, 2024, from 6 to 10:30 p.m.

The celebration will begin with a parade at 6 p.m. The parade route will start at the intersection of Meadow Bridge Drive and Dayton-Xenia Road, proceed east on Dayton-Xenia Road, and end near Beavercreek High School.

Following the parade, the excitement will continue at Rotary Park, located at 2260 Dayton-Xenia Road, where a variety of activities are planned beginning at 7 p.m. Attendees can enjoy live music and entertainment by Velvet Crush, children’s inflatables, and an array of food trucks. The evening will end with a spectacular fireworks show presented by The Joshi Family, beginning at 10 p.m.

Handicap parking will be available at Rotary Park; however, for safety reasons, vehicular access to and from the park will be restricted from 8 p.m. until the conclusion of the fireworks. Additional parking options include Beavercreek High School at 2660 Dayton-Xenia Road, the city’s Municipal Maintenance Facility at 489 Orchard Lane, and Angels Pass Park at 800 Factory Road, where guests can take a short walk along Creekside Trail to access Rotary Park.

The City’s Fourth of July Committee extends its gratitude to this year’s sponsors for their generous support in making the event possible. Sponsors include The Joshi Family, Woolpert, Premier Health, Kettering Health Network, Tree Care Inc., Reichley Insurance, Synergy, Phillips, and Sheetz.
