[ARCHIVED] Electric Aggregation Program Update for City of Beavercreek Residents

Dynegy

Some residents of the City of Beavercreek have recently received a letter indicating that their electric supplier is changing from Dynegy Energy Services East to Dynegy Energy. City staff has confirmed that this letter was sent on behalf of the electric companies in error due to a software update within the program.

Residents are advised to disregard the letter, as the error will not affect their electric service or the city’s electric aggregation program. The city apologizes for any confusion and appreciates residents' understanding.

For questions, contact Dynegy at (877) 331-3045. More information about the city's electric aggregation program is available here.
