[ARCHIVED] Beavercreek Police Establishing Eligibility Hiring List (Lateral Entry)

The City of Beavercreek is establishing an eligibility hiring list of OPOTA (Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy) certified Police Officer applicants ($28.57/hour-$38.43/hour; salary commensurate with experience). Applicants must be currently employed as a full time Police Officer by a full service Ohio law enforcement agency. Military police, corrections officers and private security officers are not eligible for lateral entry unless they also meet the necessary law enforcement background requirements.

Review and complete the online 2018 Lateral Police Officer Application Packet at OR an Application Packet may be obtained at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432 between February 5 and February 16, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Return completed Application Packet to Human Resources at the above address or electronically to no later than 5 p.m. on February 16, 2018.
