Brief History

Formerly Bowen Family Cemetery, Mount Zion Park Cemetery is an active cemetery located on the Southwest corner of North Fairfield and Indian Ripple Roads. The township took over management of cemetery in October of 1961. In 1980, when the City of Beavercreek was incorporated, Beavercreek township deeded the cemetery to city.

Mount Zion Park Cemetery is the largest cemetery in the City of Beavercreek. The earliest burial there is Sarah Freeman in 1815.
