Parks Volunteer

Parks Volunteer 2Become a guardian of our parks and trails by joining our dedicated team of volunteers!

As a parks volunteer, you can play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all park users. Responsibilities will include visiting and monitoring parks and trails, reporting maintenance needs, hazards, trail obstructions, and vandalism. Additionally, you'll help spread the word about programs, activities, and amenities within our park system, and advocating for responsible pet ownership by promoting dogs on leash.

Looking for something more hands-on? There are plenty of tasks where your skills and talents can shine! From conducting litter sweeps to landscape bed maintenance, playground mulch installation, and more - there's something for everyone!

Wanting to complete a special service project? We will help you unleash your creativity and make your mark on our parks with special projects tailored to your unique talents!

As a volunteer, we're eager to collaborate with you to showcase your special skills. Whether you excel in research, possess artistic flair, or have any other talent you'd like to share, we're here to support you. Together, we'll embark on exciting projects that highlight your strengths and contribute to the beauty and enjoyment of our parks. Join us in making our parks a safe, clean, and beautiful place for all to enjoy!
