C.I. Beaver Hall is located in C.I. Beaver Park in the Knollwood area of the city, just off of Dayton- Xenia Road. The main entrance is located at 3696 Highmont Street. The park features a playground, basketball court, and walking trail. The hall provides 2,500 square feet of meeting or entertainment space to accommodate up to 100 people with tables and chairs. C.I. Beaver Hall is perfect for banquets, birthday parties, business meetings, graduations, holiday parties, reunions, and more!

Rental Rates

Residents$95 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
